  1. Try To hold out for your first post open appointment. Most people (myself included) become obssed with the scale and become frustrated when it doesn't move. I've noticed that people who only weigh in at the surgeons office are less stressed.. .I wish I would have done that! Lol
  2. You are looking good girlie! Congrats on hitting onederland! Keep up the good work!
  3. Try it ice cold too. Its the only way I can do it. If you still have a problem call your doc.
  4. Yeah and water...all day water! lol
  5. Thanks! Yeah I noticed. I started going back to the gym a few days ago and now I'm down 2 more pounds!
  6. I had a small bucket list of foods I loved...and a very delicious non healthy last meal. It was my way of saying goodbye to my old life.
  7. The laxatives I wouldn't suggest daily unless your dr tells you to. But the tea is all natural so it should be ok to take daily although I think it would be a waste...As Jenn stated above, we don't eat enough to have to go everyday. I found the tea at the supermarket and walmart.
  8. It went well...Surgeon said Im healing nicely I was cleared to work out a lil more and looks like my stall is finally gonna break! 23lbs gone! Woot!
  9. Also, this early out some people dont go...It took me a week. Hope you feel better and congrats on your surgery.
  10. Miralax, dolculax or a senna tea. I use a tea called Smooth Move. You drink it at bedtime and you should wake up to a BM.
  11. Woah that sounds frustrating! Try carrying some baby wipes, a travel deodorant and body spray if you feel that annoyed by it just in case it's not in your head. The detoxing theory makes sense...I don't smell (not yet at least) but my acne has cleared up ALOT! Good luck hun!
  12. I would say run to the VS outlet to get some pretty ones and models or footlocker outlet to get running bras. I say outlet because they are usually 40%off or more!
  13. There is also a site online that sells all kinds of them...even ones to tuck in your arms. They are called slimpressions. I'm sure they will come up easily in a google search.
  14. It was very close to Starbucks.. I mixed mine in the blender ball cup and then put it in the freezer until almost frozen. Ah heaven! Lol
  15. At http://drinkclick.com/ they currently have a buy one get one free offer on the samples.
  16. OMG it was YUMMY!!!! I got sample packets in mocha and vanilla latte. It was only 15g of protein but it beats the 8g I was getting from drinking plain coffee with milk & splenda (i just cant do the protein powder in my coffee right now yuk!). A tad pricey at $26.00 for a 1lb container but i think its worth it.
  17. What a warm smile! You look great and your dog is so cute!! Thanks for posting!
  18. Have a safe surgery and speedy recovery.
  19. You are doing so well...the pics are great! Did you notice you stand a lil taller too?
