Be honest with the kids...let them know why you are doing it and DO NOT show them any kind of worry or fear. If you act like everything will be all good they will feel like its all good! My 2 older kids understood more so I just made jokes about how I was going to out run my 15 y/o son and steal my 13 y/o daughter's jeans! Lol! I told my 6 y/o son that Dr Kini (who he has met) was going to fix my tummy so that I can run and play with him at the park. And I gave them all the speech about helping out around the house...they were awesome! Good luck Hun!

I love this yogurt!

My catheter was out like an hour after I was fully awake. Once I got to my room I put on my pjs bottoms and a sport tank that has a built in bra. I didn't have to worry about blood or drainage because I was glued shut but I definitely would not wear a bra with underwires cuz they will murder that top incision. Good luck!
