Constipation......omg.....week Out

I need advise on what to eat ......cause I use to be the most normal person when It comes to the bathroom......now omg !!!!

    Miralax, dolculax or a senna tea. I use a tea called Smooth Move. You drink it at bedtime and you should wake up to a BM.

    The laxatives I wouldn't suggest daily unless your dr tells you to. But the tea is all natural so it should be ok to take daily although I think it would be a waste...As Jenn stated above, we don't eat enough to have to go everyday. I found the tea at the supermarket and walmart.
