1St Post Op Appt.

It went well...Surgeon said Im healing nicely I was cleared to work out a lil more and looks like my stall is finally gonna break! 23lbs gone! Woot! :D

Thanks! Yeah I noticed. I started going back to the gym a few days ago and now I'm down 2 more pounds! :)

Yeah I started back at the gym

And I can handle more Protein

I think that's the key

I meet with my new trainer tomorrow. He's had WLS and is now a gym rat so he understands what I need the last guy was in it just for the money.
