I found the sublinguals one, it works long term so I would definetly start asap. I use the 5000mcg.

I know it is hard but extremely necessary if you are having it done laproscopically or with the davinci robot. My surgeon operated on a patient a few days before me, she was in the room next o mine; and my husband heard him telling her family members that she had undigested food in her stomach and they had to open her which then she developed a serious wound infection. I am sure this is not a common occurence but definetly scary!I think it is a CBC which is a complete blood count but that does not include Vitamin levels that is another rx the dr has to ask for.What is the test for?Well the great thing is IT IS Over and you are okay! TIA!I did a full liquid diet, 1 Protein shake for Breakfast, strained cream and bean Soups for lunch and dinner, sf Jello, sf pudding and sf popscicles, cristal light, diet snapple and lost 12 pounds in seven days.My dermabond fell off one of my incisions and i think the incision will be barely visible when they completely heal!I gained twelve and it took four days to come off and after that I have lost 6 more.You will loose weight! You will be able to eat everything in moderation, you will not be hungry at the beginning but it will come back. You will enjoy food I dare to say even more once yor appetite returns. It will be difficult at the beginning but doable, and once you start seeing, feeling progress you will be grateful you chose to make yourself healthy. I am 8 yrs post-op and just had a revision on 8/20 and am thankful everyday for WLS!It can be the vitamins but I would still check with ur dr
