  10. I'm doing as well as can be expected. Not only is this a major life change, but also it was my first surgery. My body feels really beat up, but it's my throat that is really killing me! It feels like they used their foot to shove the intubation tube in..lol. But other than that, all is well. How are you Deege?

  14. U really can see the difference. You look great!
  15. And also, in my liquid phase, I am allowed cream soups, yogurt & pudding as long as they're strained before eating.
  16. My nutritionist told me only 2 grams of added sugar. She said if its more than 2 grams to check the first 5 ingredients on the label and if their are added sugars and syrups do not touch. But if it's sugars that are naturally in the food, I would be fine.
  17. Awesome! If feels great being a loser!
  18. Good luck ladies! I'm praying for your speedy recovery!
  19. Thanks everyone. I'm about to go gargle with warm salt water now. The popsicles have been helping.
  20. My throat is still sore from the intubation during surgery. I can tell the the roof of my mouth is scratched up, so most likely my throat is scratched up also. Any suggestions on a cure?
  21. We're in this together...lol. 9:30 for me. We'll both be fine! talk to you in a couple days.
  22. Oddly enough, I'm not nervous! I'm just extremely ready, been waiting on my turn, lol. If I don't talk to you guys any more today or tomorrow morning, I be on here in a couple days. Love ya'll!!!
  23. Swimming is great in itself! Less stress on your body right now. Just take your time, your wait isn't that long.
