  1. I was told no alcohol at least three months and was told to drink first at home so u know if one is gonna mess u up.
  2. I can say i am addicted to mio i stop drinking soda a month ago and i take it every where. I went out and had a couple of drinks a few weeks ago i ordered my drink with water then put a little mio in it now alot of the females at the bar r drinking their drinks with mio cause its healthier than soda.

    I would do some research on the internet before u go and eat bread and drink with meals and eat fried food, i am still two days pre op but besides what my dr says i have done a lot of reading to make sure i loose as much weight as possible and stay healthy.
  6. I am still pre op but have already lost 20 lbs in the past month everyone thinks its because i gave up soda and started exercising. I tell everyone i am just trying to get healthy for my kids.

  9. I am on the only liquid shake diet for two weeks which ends Wednesday and i have lost almost 8 lbs

  15. Well that what i picture my husband, my 12 year old daughter and 5 year old twins and the dog, cat, and the ferret running around the dinning room and food all over the place. Maybe i should make them eat outside...... lol
  16. Probably would be easier but wouldn't want to see the mess that my twins would leave if daddy was in charge of the table
  17. Congrats on not smoke......as a smoker for 16 years minus my pregnancies i totally understand how hard it is.
  18. It acutely helped having my husband go to some of the appointments with me so he could understand its not about me wanting to be skinny but me wanting to keep up with the kids which i haven't been able to since my hysterectomy
  19. I dont know of any i have a diet app that dose food and water
  20. Can't wait for tomorrow at least then i can go for a walk instead of sitting with the family at the dinner table watching everyone eat...... as a family we have always sat down and ate so camping gives me an excuse not to.
  21. I have one week down one to go. Its dose get easier the more days u have. Or u just learn to deal with it. This weekend i am going camping with the family we will see how this goes. I think the hardest is going to the store buying food. Lol at least hubby dose all the cooking when we go camping.
