  3. I think so to because I see weight loss in my clothes but not on the scale. Maybe I should lay off the gym

  5. So I had surgery on the 16 of may I lost 21lb in the first 2 weeks from last thursday to now I have not lost any thing matter of fact it seem like I have put on a lb or so I just don't get it I go to the gym everyday and I bearly eat anything because when I do I dum ugh! I frustrated
  6. Well I had surgery on may 16 I was out of the hospital by may 18 and I was shopping in walmart on may 19 my surgery was pretty kool I have no pain I don't even take pain meds I'm back at the gym and back at work
  7. Omg I have been having the same problem my mouth taste metal and my Dr told me that chewing gum is not allowed sigh!
  8. Everyone is told that there is a possibility of being denied. You just have to do the requirements and if you get denied you just have to appeal it.the only stoping you from doing this is you. Wish you the best of luck.

  12. In my hospital you are allowed my nurse even charged my phone for me.

  15. I had surgery on the 16th and everymornin I wake up I have to go on the scale is that weird or what.I started off at 378 and as of yesterday(because I haven't got to weight yet) I'm 361 yay! Me. Good luck to you keep in touch!!

Yesterday I was so tired of the chicken broths and tomatoe soup liquid diet ( I had surgery last Wednesday ) I had a moment of weakness I ate a piece of watermelon well I suck the juice out and spit out < backspace "discard" the rest I felt so bad afterwards . Sigh I need more idea of what to eat during the first 3 weeks post surgery

  19. Last weds I had to be there at 5:45 in the morning. Pack light eat a great last meal because ur not gonna want or grave food for a bit
