  5. Coconut water is allowed in my diet also oranges not orange juice just don't swallow white stuff. Even if coconut water has 15 grams of sugar I drink it because it helps me with keep hydrated
  6. It's shark week!! And this time of the month all I grave is chocolate and It's driving me crazy i had couple pieces without dumping I know I'm not suppose to but it's and uncontrollable craving that hits me every month does anyone have any craving that they can't get rid of after surgery?

I'm west indian and also a chef Grace has the best ready made curry Indian chicken curry easy Recipe Ingredients 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 small onion, chopped 2 cloves garlic, minced 3 tablespoons curry powder 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon paprika 1 bay leaf 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger root 1/2 teaspoon white sugar salt to taste 2 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into bite-size pieces 1 tablespoon tomato paste 1 cup plain yogurt 3/4 cup coconut milk 1/2 lemon, juiced 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper Directions Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Saute onion until lightly browned. Stir in garlic, curry powder, cinnamon, paprika, bay leaf, ginger, sugar and salt. Continue stirring for 2 minutes. Add chicken pieces, tomato paste, yogurt, and coconut milk. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes. Remove bay leaf, and stir in lemon juice and cayenne pepper. Simmer 5 more minutes.
  10. My surgeon told me counting calories is not necessary right now and I'm not allowed to eat carbs in stage 4 I'm 1 month out. I only eat Protein such as eggs chicken fish turkey and cheese

  13. Dumping is when you eat something and it come back up it can come from either end! ESP when you eat stuff that your not suppose to eat!
  14. Tomorrow I would be one month post op and I have been eating steak couple time this week as my protien of choice I have had great result with steak as oppose to chicken that had me on the floor rolling and dumping 4 times
  15. Theres a sugar free Italian ice omg I love Italian ice I'm going on the hunt for this today all I have been seeing on the supermarket is the regular ones!

Before my surgery me and my husband separated because he still wants to be a kid and my weight could of been and issue as well but he always said to me that my weight never bothered him not that I'm 70lb lighter I slowly see him tryin to sneak back in my life! But I'm not about that!! If you didn't like me when I was fat don't come around now that I'm smaller because this chick is never settling ever again I deserve way more better!!
