  2. I had surgery on the 16th and everymornin I wake up I have to go on the scale is that weird or what.I started off at 378 and as of yesterday(because I haven't got to weight yet) I'm 361 yay! Me. Good luck to you keep in touch!!

Yesterday I was so tired of the chicken broths and tomatoe soup liquid diet ( I had surgery last Wednesday ) I had a moment of weakness I ate a piece of watermelon well I suck the juice out and spit out < backspace "discard" the rest I felt so bad afterwards . Sigh I need more idea of what to eat during the first 3 weeks post surgery

  6. Last weds I had to be there at 5:45 in the morning. Pack light eat a great last meal because ur not gonna want or grave food for a bit
  7. R u pre op or post op? I'm talking about the post op stages I'm on stage 3
  8. Trust me there is nothing to worry about. Never had surgery before and I was scared shitless but u don't remember anything as soon as you get in that room and they put that thing over your face it's lights out you don't remember anything until you're in recovery. Good luck to you!
  9. Because your on a liquid diet for 3 weeks (stage post op)and while in the hospital they pump u up with liquids hence fourth the peeing
  10. I'm just on stage so I'm only on liquids for the next 3weeks that why I need liquid idea for protien shake.
  11. I bought a ton of protein shakes be fore I had surgery I decided to buy some popsicle makers today and make some Popsicles out of them because just drinking protien everyday is very boring.
  12. So I had surgery on wed and only one nurse has a problem with my nails. Every one else was pretty cool with it
  13. I had gastric bypass on Wednesday I got out of the hospital today.I'm feeling great my only problem is I'm not taking in enough protien.
  14. I'm having surgery on Wednesday and I wear tips they didn't tell me anything about them just leave the jewelry at home and gave me an antibacterial soap to bathe with.so no I don't think it should be a problem
  15. I also joined a gym today! Open 24hrs I'm loving it!
  16. Advil is not to be used at all I saw my surgeon yesterday I'm having my bypass on the 16. I lost 45lb but I'm still being put on a liquid diet up until surgery
  17. Hello all, I'm having surgery in 11days and I'm super nervous I have lost about 60lb before surgery but now I'm that it's getting close I keep eating a lot of the stuff that I use to eat before.
