  1. I feel the same way almost two months post op and I feel the same help my husband thinks I am crazy but I feel depressed and it doesn't look like I an losing either
  2. Hang in there in ct we don't do a liquard diet for 2 weeks we do a 5 day sparing protein diet but it will be worth it I know it's hard but u can do this
  3. Ok it's been a month today I am at a nice cook out sipping water finally learned how to get all the water in thank God for that I am tasting different proteins do its a great day
  4. Ok I have a couple of good things happen one I am NO LONGER A DIABETIC NO INSULIN ORAL MEDS NOTHING! I am down 40 lbs so far I went back to work
  5. Wow I have it too I walk with toothbrush and toothpaste it seems like every hour I am brushing my teeth
  6. I don't get hungry I am 3 weeks post op GBS I can finally enjoy water a little more but I have to try and get some food in
  7. I also take the chewable flint stone vitamins
  8. Great advice 3 weeks since surgery I am afraid to do anything I know I don't eat enough advice
  9. I really miss sushi and the cheesecake factory but not really hungry its been 3 weeks today since surgery I haven't really had anything to eat just a little protein because I don't want to get sick and I don't want to mess up anything they did in the surgery
  10. I live in Waterbury ct I was in the hospital for 5 days I went in the Thursday April 26 I came home the Monday
  11. I am 16 days post op from GBS I am happy to let you know I no longer take insulin or oral Meds since the gastric by pass I no longer take it so very happy I did it
  12. I take vitamin D 1200mg per day. 2 chewable flinstone vitamins everyday B12 500mg once a day iron once a day so far since GBS nothing else
  13. Its been 11 days post op for GBS I had a half of low fat cheese omettle it was great no problems. I am excited to start introducing my system to food slowly 2 cons right now I still have no energy and I am having a hard time with water and I love water
  14. When I left the hospital I was able drink protein shakes 2 oz for breakfast lunch and dinner I am now able to do purée food
  15. I am 9 days post op from gastric by pass I am on stage 4 diet which is the purée food I had my first low fat cheese omelette it was the best I had no problems with it for lunch I am going to try peanut butter exciting
  16. I am on day 2 and I am just not doing well with the chicken broth everything else is good good luck on Tiesday! My day is Thursday can't wait
  17. This diet is ok I can't wait for April 26 that is my diet
  18. Ok I started my 5 day protein diet today chicken is good water I love but that chicken broth ugggggg. 4 more days surgery time April 26 here I come
