I think maybe I need to go back to protein shakes

I'm 12 weeks today and just got my labs done this morning.

Anyone else get tired after they eat? I had plain Greek yogurt this morning with Splenda and had to go lay down after I ate. Last night I had 2 bites of Chicken and a bite of low fat cheese and felt the same way.

Starting weight 283 Surgery date 05/30/12 Current weight 229 Total loss so far 54 pounds

My surgery date was May 30th and I have only lost 20 pounds. The scale has not moved in 2 weeks and I'm getting frustrated:(

My starting out weight was 283 and the day I went to the hospital was May 30th at 263!! I come home from the hospital at 273. Im 6 days out and I'm 259. I'm really sore but have been off my pain medications for 2 days. I have my 1 week post op diet in the morning and I hope they move me up to stage 2!

I went home today and I'm so sore. Has anyone weighed more right after surgery. I got on the scale today and it showed I was 10 ponds heavier I really hope that I feel better soon because my Husband will be home from deployment in 2 weeks!!!!

I'm having my surgery on wed and I'm so nervous. I lost 20 pounds on my preop so I Really motivated to get This surgery and watch 20 more pounds gone in the next 2 weeks

I started my pre op on the 16th and my surgery date is on May 30th. I have lost 20 pounds since the 16th and today I started my 2 day liqued diet and I'm starving today. One more day on this diet and than its off to have my surgery. I'm so nervous.

Thank you guys so much. They told me I would only stay one night but I would rather stay 2 to make sure everything is fine since I will go home Alone

I have my surgery date for May 30th!! I know everyone is diffrent but wanted to know how long did everyone stay in the hospital for? My Husband is deployed and trying to make arrangements for my kids and how long they should stay with family.
