Anyone else get tired after they eat? I had plain Greek yogurt this morning with Splenda and had to go lay down after I ate. Last night I had 2 bites of Chicken and a bite of low fat cheese and felt the same way.

I am 2 weeks post this Friday. I am the same way feels like I just had thanksgiving dinner!!!

Make sure you are drinking your protein shakes...fatigue is often a result of no protein. Sounds like your body is trying to go into hibernation.

I can't do the protein shakes till solid food. Man do I miss them!

I'm 12 weeks today and just got my labs done this morning.

I think maybe I need to go back to protein shakes

I tried having my Protein hake on the go this morning, 1wk post op, man did I tire easy but once I kept drinking and sat for an hour I was totally fine.

I think your igbt about feels like thanksgiving dinner, I believe our pouch is full cause it's so small and you just need a little rest. Listen to your body, that's what I'm doing and it sure feels much better.

You might want to check with your dietician...these are usually ok on the full liquids portion. (I.e. after the hospital)

The paperwork from the drs office states no protein supplements or shakes till you begin solid food. They said it could make me full now where I wouldn't want to tempt to eat other things
