  1. Hi people. does anybody know of any soy protein low carb bars. Ones that can be bought on the markets/stores? Much appreciated!!!
  2. I'm looking for a soy Protien low carb bar. Hard to find. I found out I was allergic to whey the hard way after surgery.
  3. Yes! I know I did at that stage! It diminishes after a while..

  5. Good idea on checking the inches/measurements. Going to go buy a measuring tape right now!!! Note to self: never let kids play with measuring tape or back scratcher.

  7. I know. Your right BB Doodle at least I'm not gaining. :-)
  8. I'm 4th months out, have lost 54lbs, exercise everyday and follow the bariatric diet to a T. I use ketone strips to make sure I am still in ketosis - I am. Protien for meals first, then veggies. Once a day I have fruit. No breads, carbs, Pasta, soda or booze. I'm strict! One pound a week weight loss is so discouraging! :-(

  10. Yes, yes, yes. I was so scared too. Jello hurt, fat free broth hurt. Everything hurt going down. I'm tw months out and I studies eating things. Please don't get discouraged. My doc told me last week "get you water and vitamins in, keep doing what your doing and at your sixth month mark this will all seem like a blur".
  11. Last night was my third sleep Eating experience. Walked to the kitchen and decided to unpeal a hard boiled egg and eat it. The first time was getting these small pack of Cookies out from the bottom of my purse that my friend brought from Germany but I forget the the third. I also had to hide my liquid Vicodin since I noticed I took that in the middle of the night as well. I know this sounds wild and I've NEVER had any sleep walking or eating issues before the surgery. Has anyone else experienced this???
  12. What are foamies?

  14. Yay! Congrats!!! Hugs
  15. Hi Jen, please try a pain doctor. Mine does Epidurals and Caudal blocks. We are in the same boat and I know how you feel. I'm scheduled for a caudal block this coming Friday because my tail bone out of control. It takes about 3 days to recover from the shots but they last about 1-2 years (hopefully). Look in to it.
  16. Something I thought about... Maybe our spines are repositioning due to less weight in the abdominal area???? Never the less it hurts like a you know what!
  17. I just tried Centrum Chewables (adult). Way better tasting than Flinstones. Stomach was agreeable and Centrum actually has more vitamins and minerals than Flinstones. Yay !!!!!
  18. Thank you for everyone's input! Truly appreciated.
  19. I have the same thing. I'm getting a caudal block injection because I can no longer take the pain. Boo!
