Chews Into Mush, Protein And Poop!

Hi everyone, just wanted to post a little something on protein bars I found. I have tried a couple of flavors and I like them. Here's the good thing about them. Low sugar, high protein, low fat, they are chewy but the chew into nothing, easy to get down and best of all, they are high fiber !! The only one I haven't liked do far is the chocolate brownie, kinda fake tasting. Anyway, you can get them online or at the Vitamin Shoppe, probably GNC too. They are called Quest Bars.
