Pre Op liquid diet for the next week starts tomorrow. Also had to stop the estrogen. Look out world. The biotch is loose!

I started receiving some of my protein samples in the mail today! Can't wait to try them!

Losing my preop weight is harder than I thought...it was easy before I had a goal in mind and before I was told that I had to do it in order to get something this important to me.....feeling discourged :/

Phew. I felt the effects of not measuring out my food last night. Ouch. Tankfully it passed quickly and going to the gym helped.

I try to be a nice person but sometimes my mouth doesn't cooperate.

no weight loss for three months now! I'm staying at the same weight not gaining not losing. I had my surgery in May and lost 50lbs then stopped losing weight after that can't seem to move the scale frustrated.

42 days to go.. feels like the longest count down ever!

I have to lose 100 lbs before surgery and it has been a rough road does anyone have any suggestions
