  12. I just noticed you and I are about the same weight but my BMI is 39.9 right now and you are 32?

It seems like a lot of people on here either hit the weight they are happy with and then use higher calories to maintain or they stop losing and have to exercise more or eat less or both to continue to lose. You will most likely know what will work for you I wish you good luck and a speedy recovery.

  15. That would be very depressing. My hair wasn't super long but I did have a lot cut off last week in preparation of what's to come. I would rather see short strands coming out rather than longer ones, if that makes sense.

  17. They will also tell you what is required before surgery. If you have to wait the 6 months to complete the weigh ins and other tests just believe me when I say the months fly by. It doesn't seem so at first but it does. All the best to you, keep us posted

  21. I read somewhere on here that some people get vanilla or flavorless Protein shakes and stir in a bit of sugar free pudding. That way you can have different flavors. I plan on doing this after surgery when I get bored. I bought the flavorless shake from the
  22. So happy for you! I had a great time with the psychologist I went to, he was funny and we talked like pals. The only problem I have had so far is with family Dr but hopefully it all works out at my last (for the 2nd time) weigh in on Tuesday. Maybe we will be sleeved around the same time.   23. Jan 3 Start weight- 233 Feb 14 End weight- 225 -8 pounds Goal weight- 221 Height- 5'3" I fell 4 pounds short of my goal but I am happy and my Dr will be happy. Tuesday is my last weigh in before paperwork is submitted to insurance, this challenge helped kick my butt in gear to actually see a loss and put 100% in to it. Thank you
