Good for you I also have them from babies and being fat and I do not know that I will be as positive about them after surgery as you are, LOL.

I am pretty sure, from what I have read here, that they use the same bougies in Mexico that they do here. I have not had the surgery yet but from what I read and from my NUT the Water during eating or too soon after eating is a huge factor in weight regain. It just pushes the food through and makes it easier to eat more than you could if you follow the liquid rules. Please try it for a day at least to see if there is a difference. And as good as that huge burrito looks, try not to eat the whole thing in one sitting Congratulations on your weight loss so far.

Thank you Susan. I did not know if it was because of hospital care, hotel ect or if the Drs were great but just charged less. I have been looking in to surgery in Mexico in case my insurance denies me and was confused at the large price differences. I have read several of the OP posts about Dr. Illan and he sounds good but I think the "you get what you pay for" mentality keeps messing with my thoughts.

The pictures were wonderful. and the hotel looks beautiful I am happy you had a great outcome. I was wondering though why some Drs charge so much more than others. Dr. Illan charges about $4000 less than some others I have found.
