I mix UNJURY protein powder with unsweetened almond milk and have not had gas or heartburn. Even the tiniest bit of milk makes me noisy. The almond milk and protein powder might be helpful for you Good luck.

Great question and I hope there are answers. I also always wondered if you are a size 14 do you buy a size 14 garment or do you buy a smaller size? Do they come in different sizes or S M LG XL ect.. and if you are an XXL do you buy an XL so everything is pulled in better or would that just make it too tight?

I have read many stories by people who went to Mexico for their surgeries and they were flying home within a week of surgery. It seems like you would be fine that far out.

I got my date yesterday too. Mine is on March 25th so we will be healing and losing at just about the same time How are you doing on your liquid diet?
