  8. I'm pre op I find it comforting that everyone is no perfect, we are able to stumble then get back up dust the cookie crumbs off and redirect ourselves. my confession is banana's n dark chocolate chip, pizza(thin crust) chicken Alfredo pasta. I have decreased junk greatly. i've cut out soda and little Debbie brownies. my last confession is when I read flagellation, I read it wrong thought it said flatulent which could happen with some of what people are eating.
  9. as far as supplements I read online that magnesium glycinate provides highest absorption levels.

  12. they don't want you eat anything crunchy or hard so u don't get dry sock which I've heard really hurts, you can't smoke or drink from a straw, the smoking it's a prob figuring out what to eat and no using a straw is the challenge. This a kinda like trail run on my post op diet. lol
  13. So I'm pre op and don't even have a date, but I just had 2 teeth pull because of an abscessed tooth and was told to eat soft food like mashed potatoes or mac n cheese. It's just wrong that most soft foods are loaded with carbs, at least the ones that tastes good. I'm going to have to get creative and have a plan once I surgery.
  14. That has to be interesting to do. I've always wanted a tattoo, but never have been able to decide what or where to put it.
