  1. first let me say I'm pre-op so I'm not in any danger of serious harm, so today I over slept and did not take my lunch, I ordered out , I order domino's (because they deliver and I have no car) chicken alfredo w/ bacon and onions in a bread bowl, all I can say is I'm miserably. I'm too full and sleepy. So that is my confession.

  3. My pre-op diet is protein shakes, fat free broth, sf jello, sf popsicles and water.

  5. That is no way to treat a anyone, let alone a patient. Even if it had been 42 pounds instead of 48 that is still a average of 8 pounds per week and until he talks to you he can't know if your following the plan, everyone is different they lose different, plus your still are healing

  10. Hello, I'm Angela 39 yrs old cw 524, highest weight 580 in 2011, I have my last appt for my 6 mth supervised diet on 9/23. Because I weigh 524, my doctor wants me to get under 500lbs. My starting weight when I decided on wls was 565, I have lost 42 lbs since June 18th. after my last appt for the 6th month diet doctor is substituting to insurance and planning on surgery early December. Already had psycho eval and working on getting under 500lbs.

  13. Unfortunately, they don't go away, they are veins distended and inflamed in your butt because of straining from childbirth or bowel movements and being overweight. Flare ups can be treated through diet and exercise and OTC medicine.

  15. I don't have a date yet, but my doc said that I'm gonna have to do 3 week preoperative diet also, I'm not looking forward to it. It consists of 6 shakes per day, Water, fat free broth, sf Gelatin, sf popsicles.
  16. Fast food places normally gets special orders wrong, McDonald's once forgot the fish on a fish sandwich my mom ordered once.
