  1. I meet my new doctor today, I have loss 31 pounds since June 18th.
  2. So I am changing doctors, I have found a doctor were I live and I meet with him on Thursday and they don't have a weight limit with the needing me to lose 70lbs.
  3. what was your starting and ending weight, when did you have surgery? you look great!
  4. Losing hair will suck but but it will be worth it in the long run. To be healthier and feel better, I'd shave my head.

  8. No, but I am doing my doctor supervised diet with my doctor. I'm thinking of joining weight watchers.

  11. I have my first appointment tomorrow, actually it's today in about 8 hrs, but I woke up at 1:00am and have not been able to go back to sleep. I'm excited and nervous.
