  3. Im having the same issue. Im having trouble stopping my loss. My doctor says to slow down and quickly. I no longer even look healthy. But eating too much makes me feel awful and im honestly not hungry. Seems like a great problem to have, but its not. I've gone from a size 18-20 to a 1-2 in 7 months. Time to get serious about in taking some calories before I waste away. Never thought I'd have this problem.

  5. I remember feeling that way. It took me a couple weeks to realize that physically I was full. It was really psychological. In my head I hadn't eaten enough/drank enough. But my body was screaming for me to stop. Took me about a full month for my head and my stomach to synch. Until then it was fairly miserable. I also agree, on u get to solids its a different game! Good luck!
  6. I've been doing coconut oil and moroccan oil. It definitely helps the texture of my hair and those tiny fly aways.
  7. Yup after alot of research that's what I've found too. Very common with rapid weight loss. I talked to my hair dresser about it, she suggested Nioxin shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment. Won't keep you from losing hair but will speed up regrowth. A year to 18 months post op your body should have a chance to recoup and the hair loss should cease. Im crossing my fingers. I ordered some Nioxin, I'll let you all know what I think!
  8. I'll look for the shampoo, glad to hear I won't smell like garlic! So it probably is the sleeve. I was wondering if it was just me. I had pretty thick hair but its definitely noticeably thinner. :-(
  9. I had my surgery in August of last year. In the last 2 months I've started noticing that my hair is thinning and falling out...a lot of it. I take 5000mcg of biotin everyday and sometimes even double that. Has anyone else experienced this and if so, did anything help? I'm desperate!
