You have to live a little. A little pizza from time to time isn't going to cause problems. Just don't have it everyday. And two months out - I wouldn't worry about it.

Oh heavens, I don't plan on EVER giving up pizza! Just will have to eat less of it & yeah, 4 slices, no problem! Hopefully after I'm sleeved, 4 bites for special occasions. I can do this, I can do this, I can do this....

I love how one question sets off a chain reaction or ridiculous responses. OP asked a question. Your job is to answer it to the best of your ability and move on. No one needs lectures on "transformations" and nicotine tests and second hand smoke. Let me get a step stool so you all can get off your high horses.
    SMH indeed.

I went out to dinner with my boyfriend today (this is not the frustrating part, lol). He ordered half a dozen garlic rolls smothered in butter, rib rolls, full rack of ribs, and a brownie sundae. Oh, and 4 refills of his coke.
I had half of a mahi sandwich without the bread and maybe a tablespoon of black Beans.
Since I was done much earlier than him, I sat there and essentially watched him eat. At one point, just as a morsel of BBQ Sauce started dripping down the side of his mouth, I felt a really strong urge to smack the ribs out of his hand and yell SSSTOOOOPPPPP EATINGGGGGG!!!! I mean, seriously. He INHALES his food. I could swear that sometimes he doesn't even chew it. It's really unattractive to see him eat so much. Does anyone else feel this way? Am I a horrible girlfriend? Lol
Oh, and as I write this, he just went to the kitchen for a "tiny snack". Smh
I know he doesn't order so much delicious food on purpose. He's a big guy (6'3" and maybe 220lbs) so I understand he won't be satisfied with a Caesar salad. But c'mon.
Let me say one more thing: I have no desire to eat any of the stuff that he ordered. I was perfectly happy with my sandwich. but ordering and eating all that food?? Does anybody else get frustrated/annoyed/disgusted when watching people eat unhealthy food? Is it just me?

liquids are your friend! You really should start looking for alternatives on things to drink. I hated Water in the beginning, until I found iced tea. The arizona diet green tea with ginseng was a life saver! I couldnt stand another crystal light packet!
You are right though. Every doctor is different and everyone has different rules. I'm sure it doesnt help that your doctor and nutritionist disagree.
However, if your doctor says you need to cut the shakes, then cut the shakes. Personally, I hated all of the Protein shakes. I couldnt stand the taste of any flavor. I mostly just get most of my Protein from actual food these days (milk, cheese, chicken, fish, and my favorite: salmon sashimi).
I say just try a bunch of different options, as far as liquids are concerned, until you find something you like. I'm sorry I couldnt be of more help!

Holly, sweetheart, listen to me. I was in a relationship for 12 years. 12 LOOOONG years. Some of them good and others very bad. Basically I learned he cheated, I would get pissed, kick him to the curb and then take his sorry as$ back because I thought no one else would want me looking the way that I do(this happened several times). I already felt worthless. I didn't value myself as an individual. Sure, I'm a freaking phenomenal person, but from the outside, nobody really knows that. He was all i knew for a LOOOONG time and after every time that he cheated (I consider cheating sleeping with another person, kissing, being intimate, and taking a girls phone number since you met her at a bar and she seemed like a cool chick). I AM A COOL FUKCING CHICK! RIGHT HERE! YOU *******! Anyway, one day, we were in the pool and the topic of marriage came up. He said, and I quote: "I could never marry you looking like this. Our wedding pictures would look horrible." That stuck with me, for a long long time. Till this day actually. I broke things off a few months ago and although there are still some lines of communication open (I'm the type of person who doesn't want to fight. I have no need for enemies) I'm much happier than I was before. Now, he sees me losing weight and all I think about is (insert Borat voice) "you will never get this! You will never get this!"
I hope you get to that place soon. The place when the past doesn't matter and all you're looking forward to is the future. Good luck!
