  1. Wow we have soo much in common, Monday started my week 2, I also had the hernia. I find it hard to bend and like you I cant wait to start doing sit ups. Funny, I am also sleeping like a baby, Im getting in my shakes by taking small sips, I like jello, and the popsicles are nice, but I must admit I cant wait for the next stage. Getting 60 grams is challenging at best. My back is aching like crazy. I am down 16 pounds from leaving the hospital. I was happy to find your post, if its ok, I would like to keep in contact with you. We could share progress, compare notes, and be each other's cheer leader. I hope that's ok with you, we seem to be on the same path. I was wondering what happened to your neck, and hope you get better soon. Well, my name is kim

  3. I had surgery this Monday and there is no way possible that I would consider food not approved by my Doctor. The last four days of gas pain was reason enough for me! Not to mention that swallow test with the Xray. I made the decision to have surgery to knowing the risks and sacrifice necessary to be successful. It would be grossly counterproductive to cheat myself now. Not preaching, just saying!
