It's never too late to start exercising, taking vitamins, etc. There are so, so, so many things we're supposed to do on a day to day basis, and it really can get overwhelming when we don't feel good. I hope your chiropractor made you feel better, because I know how terrible back pain can be. My lower back used to start hurting even while grocery shopping when I was at my heaviest, and now I'm noticing new aches and pains in my arms and legs from time to time. I didn't even consider what you said about our bodies readjusting to the weight loss!
You have such a wonderful outlook and attitude. Keep following your wise hubby's advice, and things will keep getting better. Onederland will be here before you know it!!!

Don't cry! I'm only 5 weeks out, but still have pretty bad nausea if I don't take the meds prescribed by my doctor. If I keep to my medication schedule, I can eat and drink without trouble. It seems to be worse when I take in liquids. My doctor has me on Prilosec 2 x daily, along with Zofran (prescription anti-nausea med). Definitely talk to your surgeon or PCP, because you don't have to feel this way!

You look so unhappy in your before picture. It reminds me so much of myself! In your after pictures, you look amazing! Your confidence really shows! I bet you do a good job keeping up with your puppies now, too. Very inspiring!

You're so beautiful! (Both before and after!) You look happy in the hospital pic where you're walking around. It gives me hope that the hospital stay won't be so bad.

I had a low iron level before surgery, and now at 15 1/2 weeks post op I'm anemic. It's hard to go through each day feeling so damn tired and sluggish, but keep taking your iron supplements and try to make food choices rich in minerals. Vitamin C is supposed to help the body better absorb iron, so you may want to ask the doctor about combining the two. I take a prescription supplement called FeRiva, which is Iron, Biotin, Vitamin C, and Folic acid in one, and time released. Maybe something like that could help you. Anyway, best of luck with everything - you can get through this!
Oh, and on another note...are those your little girls in the picture? They are sooo GORGEOUS!!!!
