  1. Here's mine! There's a lot of boards, but I do have a lot of different food sections http://pinterest.com/ladylaura75
  2. I'm 8 weeks out and my feet are shrinking too! I'm in between sizes right now (which is frustrating lol), and I'm trying to figure out how does this happen? I get your foot spreading and the arch falling, etc...but how do feet actually shorten in length? Does anyone know?
  3. I'm 6 weeks out and my NUT said I could as long as I could swallow and tollerate them....
  4. Thanks everyone!
  5. I hit a stall! It's frustrating. It hasn't been stalled for too long, but I've only dropped about a pound in about a week and a half. Is that normal? I'm about 5 weeks out now...
  6. My doctor made me do 2 weeks liquid, 2 weeks pureed and 2 weeks soft foods....I'm nearing the end of my pureed now...finally LOL
  7. I boil my chicken then use a hand mixer to puree it with some marinara sauce. Then to eat it, I put a little parmesan cheese on top. It's pretty good
  8. I was sleeved the same day as you and I'm just down 19 lbs LOL
  9. Yeah it took me about 2 weeks before I could even stand up straight without pain LOL Hang in there it will get better!
  10. Thank you for the encouragement everyone! It is nice to know it's normal and I'm not alone. I do look forward to the day when I can even eat a salad again lol but...until then...I'll keep thinking of those clothes I'm going to buy off the rack
  11. I think once I get to the stage where I can have more options in the diet it will get easier. It's just really hard right now for some reason...
  12. Oooo good idea Did you just leave the croutons out?
  13. I'm not trying to. Obviously I don't like it and wish I didn't feel this way!
  14. Do men lose faster than women, or is it my imagination? LOL Btw, you do look great! Keep up the good work!
  15. Hi all, I've been feeling down lately. I'm in my 4th week, and I've been doing pretty well until now. I don't know why suddenly it's kicking in, but I've been almost mourning my old stomach. I miss being able to eat whatever, and eat what my family is eating. I miss being able to drink in between bites if I wanted to. I'm finding myself crying and just...sad. Anyone else experience this?
  16. I asked my surgeons office today when I can start back at the gym and she told me not until 6 weeks out (I'm 4 now...) I walk, but I would love to start weights and gets these arms firmed LOL
  17. Yeah I went to my cousins wedding and nobody said anything. I know I haven't lost a WHOLE lot yet...but the closest I got was from my mom, "I can see it in your face"...well gee...that's great, but what about the rest of me LOL
  18. Can we have crackers at this stage?
  19. I don't puree the tuna....I just mush it up like normal and chew it well. I can't wait until I'm out of this stage lol
  20. Yes! And it's loud lol
  21. Tylenol never works for me I've had a headache all day...tried taking it twice now and it's not working...
  22. I know we're told to only have Tylenol. I was curious if anyone actually ONLY takes Tylenol now, or do you occasionally sneak in the Advil, Excedrin, etc? LOL
  23. You're one week 2 and starting soft foods? Wow...why is every doc so different? LOL I had to be on liquids for 2 weeks...then pureed for 2...then soft foods. So weird...
