Judy, love your new pic too!! I need to do a new one but I do not have one I like, so I will just take some new ones. OK, so Hurricane Dean already has me a nervous wreck!! We live in an uninsured rented trailer. Renters insurance for a trailer is very hard to get. I guess because so many of my friends were affected horribly by Rita it brought my fear to a new height. All of my best friends lost everything they had. Oh well, like my mom always says, if you don't have any control over it, don't worry about it. Easier said than done. The sad part is that even if it doesn't come in here, it will surely hurt & devestate people somewhere. How aweful. Everyone have a great day!

Terri-I know what you mean. What a great day that will be! Right now my goal is 165 because that is the lowest adult weight I have ever been to. That was 12 years ago when I had lost from 325 to 163. Back then if you would have told me I would gain back up to 276 I would have called you a liar!! But, it happened and I am just very glad that I did not gain all of it back. I will have many tears of joy to see 165 again! By the way, love the new avatar pic!! Pam-take it from me...don't wish your days off away!! I will remind you what you said too!! Enjoy the dodger game!! Chica-good luck with the closing! Judy-If anyone can meet a goal like that, you can and we are all behind you! Finally success in changing the ticker... :girl_hug: Chica & househuntress-sorry to hear about your scales not moving. Hang in there. We all know how that sucks so you have a real understanding group of friends here. I just got back from getting my DD 4 year old shots. She had to get stuck 4 times and I cried with her. The good news is that it is behind us now and she does not have to get any more until she is 12 years old. I brought her to dairy queen to make it all better!! I did not even eat any ice cream. Well, I did not get one of my own, I had 2 bites of hers. Everyone have a good day

Kat....OMG how AWESOME you look!! I am so happy for you. You are such an inspiration!! Well everyone, I did it!! I got in my little bathing suit and you should have seen the surprised looks I got!! My 2 oldest nieces (20 & 23 years old and absolutely gorgeous) were watching me strip off my clothes and they were trying not to stare. I just said, "This time last year you would have not caught me dead in a bathing suit." They were all smiles and complimenting me. I could tell by their smiles how happy they were. I can't believe that I am actually crying as I type this. Anyway, when they were younger, I was just a watcher instead of a participator. They have never seen me in a pool much less with a bathing suit on. I think they were happier than I was and I can't tell you how great that makes me feel. It made me realize 2 things. #1..how much I have missed out on, but more importantly #2, the things I will not miss out on anymore. As for the party...it was fantastic other than being 100 degrees and humid. Macy hit the motherload on presents. Everyone have a great evening!!

Judy-One again, you have inspired me more than than words can ever express. How wonderful you are doing! You look so great. Thanks for sharing the pics!! Today is my DD 4th b-day party. I am trying to get over the nervousness of wearing my bathing suit. I just keep reminding myself of what you all said...STRUT. I am going to do my best to act like I am not scared out of my wits. MsJen, Sara, Schexy, Judy and Kat- Thanks for the kind words!! I will wear it and try not to look as nervous as a long tailed cat in a room full of rocking chairs. I would have gotten a better suit BUT since it was bought past the suit season, it was the only one left that would fit that did not make me look like Shamu. I will let you all know how it goes... My arms are almost as big as my thighs for crying out loud. My angel wings will have to come off after I get to goal...along with a serious tummy tuck. But it will SO be worth it! BUT, this time 6 months ago you would not have caught me dead in a bathng suit, much less in public!! Judy...I am so glad you had a helmet on. I am sure you are bruised, but at least you are here and not in a ....well, you know The scales have not moved in close to 2 weeks and I am starting to get frustrated but I know it is just temporary. HERE I AM!! Unfortunately I can not post at work :tea: So, I post first thing in the morning and as soon as I get my DD situated in the evening with all her demands I grab my laptop and here I am!! OK, Here is a question for everyone....What would YOU do? My DD b-day party is Saturday is at my sisters house. She has a pool. The only person in 25 years that has seen my in a bathing suit is my mom. She bought me a new one about 2 months ago. It is going to be mainly family at the party, but, I am SO freaking out. Should I wear the bathing suit or not? OMG...such stress. I have not seen my brother since January so I have lost the whole 56 pounds since he and my skinny SIL has seen me. What would you do? Maybe I should take a pic and post it ... but I have to have honest opinions only. not to mention I am as white as a ghost....BOO!! HELP me violets!

Good Monday morning violets! My DH was actually OFF most of the day yesterday. It was so nice to have him home with me. He never gets any time off so it was a real treat Well, here it is so long to the rain but hello humidity and heat!! YIKES! Oh well, I guess that is better than swimming to work. Well, we are back! Since all 3 of the kids have a birthday all within about 3 weeks of each other I decided to surprise them and bring them to Rainforest Cafe for lunch. I think they have those all over the place so most of yous hould be fimiliar with them. Anyway, it is a rainforest setting complete with rain and thunder sounds, lightning, and gorillas and elephants, you get the idea. They had a ball!! Well, except for the youngest one that will be 4 next week. She sat there with her hands over her ears asking, "mom, when are we leaving this place?". she is not really one for loud places. But she loosened up and enjoyed herself too. The employees sang happy birthday to them and brought them out a "volcano" which is this HUGE pile of cake like brownies with ice cream and whipped cream with a sparkler on top. (I only had a few bites of it after my salad). Then I took them to Frys Electronics and The 13 year old got speakers for her IPOD and the 8 year old got a new video game, and the almost 4 year old got the movie Mermaidia. So, now we are all happy campers. I had every intention on going to Hobby Lobby and then grocery shopping, but ran into some rain and decided to just head home. Now it is relaxation time. Lunasa-my goodness, be careful lady!! Hope you are feeling better!! Jennifur-I thught about rattatoui, but it just did not look at appealing to me. I am a "shrek" kinda gal...lol Judy-boats are so much fun!! I love to go fishing or just ride around!! Everyone have a great evening!!
