Real life joke of the day..... I get to the old place to do the final clean and low and behold no electricity! No vaccuuming?! OMG! Soooo, I thought well at least I can do the other things and just sweep up as much as I can in the areas I was going to vacuum. So, I get the "mean green" cleaner and spray counters, sinks, bathtubs....NO WATER!!! OMG!!!!! Dumbass me had it turned off yesterday. So there I am furiously with rags & papertowels getting up as much gunk and mean green as I can. Then I start sweeping, and I swept and swept then decided screw it and got in the floor on my hands & knees with a whisk brrom and dustpan, saying things to myself like 'is the deposit really worth it' and 'this is good exercise, keep going'. My brain was in a terrible tug of war. Oh well, long story short, I did the best I could and I hope I get my deposit. Oh, and I pray to GOD that whoever rents it next will rinse out the bathtub before they take a bath otherwise they are going to get a mean green rash........

Terri-I have heard of that store but never been there. Ugh...what is the world coming to?!

OMG...i would have been pissed beyond repair if I would have lost that last post! LOL

I am so excited this morning I can barely contain myself!! (note the new ticker...182) I guess getting back into my normal "eat right" habits the past few days plus the exercise from the move made the scale move....whatever the reason, I'll take it I don 't know if I am the only one of us but when I lose, it is a woosh and then nothing for 2-3 weeks. Weird. So that makes -5 for December. Not bad. Tracy-I have brought all of my clothes to goodwill. I purposely kept those jeans and that shirt because I wanted to remember where I came from and yesterday when I was puttiing things away in the new house I found them and put them on and was like OMG!!!! That shirt is a mens 3X (54-56) and I used to have to stretch it out before I put it on!! The jeans were stretched to the max when I would put them on, no lie!! Cindy-I have not even cleaned the other house yet...I am having my coffee and then I am going to go tackle it this morning!! YUCK! PS...I am so envious of your upcoming trip. Sounds like heaven! Denise-Give the junk away. Laura and I did it and as soon as I did it was instant relief!! You can do it if we can!!! Pamela-Thanks for the boobies girlfriend!! I just love getting nanner boobies!! I wish I had a new couch to snuggle up on Kat-glad you made it home safely! Belly dancing? LOL, you go girl! I have way to much belly to to that! Wrinkled belly at that!! Laura-That sucks about the cigarettes!! Good lord, they cost enough as it is! Hope they make it good for you...let me know what happens! PS...macy was not ahppy taking that pic! My mom and I both had to hold her cause she was making my pants fall off and my step dad was taking the picture LOL Jenn-You do not suck!! We all have different metabolisms and body types. You are doing fantastic especially since your dr sucks!! I am really glad to see you so positive about the upcoming year! Tell me more about the houston job...when do you find something out? Terri-I am so glad your kids enjoyed their best christmas ever!! No matter how old they are it is great when they smile, right? Janie-I need to get my finances in order too this year. Easier said than done though! Cindy-my mind is going but I believe it was you that said you were crazy for driving through that ice & snow to go swim, right? No, you are not crazy, just determined...i love it!! Judy-I am up before you this morning? Michelle-you are probably the busiest person I know. What is on your schedule for today? Just reading your posts makes me feel like I have gotten my exercise for the day Haydee-Sorry you did not get a bonus either. I found out that my boss did not get one too so now I feel a little better that I was not the only one that got screwed! If I missed ayone I am so sorry!! I have had a terrific year. Good morning violets... I called in sick today (cough cough sniffle sniffle) Truth is my body hurts from the move...I still have loads to do as well. Name my band...hmmmm. Maybe Chuck...since that is what it makes me do all the time. LOL. I will need to think about it for a while. Well, I need to get up and get busy. Laura-good for you chunking the candy. Good morning violets- Well...I lost a pound. Not bad considering most regular folks gain over the holidays. I am very relieved!! When the alarm went off this mrning I said "oh you have got to be joking...." Laura-Love the B&A. You lok GREAT!! Have a great day everyone!!

YEEESH....am i tired or what?! We are all moved in. No, the boxes are ot all unpacked but at least they are here. Macy will be at my sisters house this weekend so I plan on taking it slow & steady. I need to go thoroughly clean the empty house> YUCK!!! Thanks for all the well wishes for the move. It rained the whole time....figures. But it all ended up OK. I finally get to weigh tomorrow and quite frankly I am SCARED to death! I have not stepped on a scale since the 16th. Pamela-your dream cracked me up!!!! Goodnight all.....wish I did not have to work tomorrow!!

MERRY CHRISTMAS VIOLETS!!! It was so much fun watching Macy this morning. She is psyched She got some pom-poms and she is running around the house full blast waving them around screaming "watch mom & dad, this is what the cheerleaders do".... I just now had to get up and go put on her Dallas Cowboys cheerleader outfit....LOL WHAT FUN...I just love it! Stupid me packed AND moved the camera. Luckily we had the video camera! I hope everyone has a spectacular day!

Ho ho ho violets... Macy is here coloring her placemat for Santas cookies and milk to put on it. :rose: We got about 10 boxes brought over to the new house & unpacked. Macys Dora tent that her maw maw & pop got her is all set up in her new bedroom. She loves it. It is 5' x 5' and I can even get in there with her and play. This time last year my butt woud have never fit through that little door...life is sweet! After presents in the morning, the tree will come down :rose: Then more moving is on the schedule. DH has to work tonight and hopefully he will be home in the morning when dd wakes up. Good night violets and I hope you all have visions of sugar(free) sugar plums dancing in your heads tonight! Jenn-I am so sorry for your loss. This year I also lost my cat of twelve years and i really miss him. When I had him put down I said to myself "no more pets". They truly become part of the family and it hurts when they are gone.(((hugs))) Pamela-sounds like a good time you had yesterday! How is your back? My gosh there were so many tings I was going to say to all of you and my mind keeps wandering.... Michelle-you made me LOL when you said you told the kids that Santa doesn't come to a dirty house. GENIUS! I am going to tell Macy that :rose: I really miss not getting on the scales....the scales keep me in check. It keeps me on top of things. I like knowing where I am and being in control. Without weighing I feel like I am spiraling up. Maybe just my imagination?! I hope so. I will be able to weigh day after tomorrow. Oh, I could go and unpack the box now but I am too scared to. Hi everyone- I made the trip well. My family lives and 90 minutes from me. There was lots of traffic and lots of cops out today! We had a great time. To me the best time of all is spending time with everyone. DH did not get to come with us. Work as usual. Tomorrow is the last real day of rest (aka packing) then Monday we get the keys to the new house so we will start hauling stuff over. I am really anxious to get things rolling. I have been eating more junk than usual too. Kinda glad the scales are packed :eek: Have a great night all.....
