Has anyone noticed being cold after VSG? Im in day 11 and so very cold, goofy since I'm old and usually I am so hot.

Finally had to tell my boss I was having surgery and needed to take time off. I didn't tell him what kind as its none of his business. He was cool. Told me to take as much time as I needed.

Updated goal to 145--the highest "normal" for my height. I am 10 pounds away from that, and I am finding my body settling into 155,. I'd like to get off this plateau and see the other side, understanding my maintenance weight may fluctuate between 145-150. Here's hoping this week brings another pound loss!

Good luck Marfar! My dietitian and PCP are tickled pink with me where I am, but I know what you mean. I lost 1 pound over the course of the last 3 weeks, and it's a little taxing. I'm not quite a size 8 yet, which is where I'd like to be. (Between a 6 & 8, rather than a 10-12) I guess I'll keep up the fight!
