My surgeon said everyone will most likely have some lose skin. Also some insurances will cover some plastics. It's been know that they cover tummy tucks,breast lifts and thigh lifts but its hard. You need to document with your doctor if its causing problems like rashes and any kind of back pain or problems with daily activities but it depends how bad and your insurance. Otherwise Mexico is your best bet to get it done cheap. This is a worry for me because I have limited income and would take years to save up.

I hear that a lot of people are still craving and hungry after being home so just be careful and continue to eat what you are supposed to!

The pain. I'm only 20 but I'm starting to get back pain often after doing stuff like walking around the mall for a hour or cleaning house ect. I also noticed when I lift my self up on my left ankle it sounds like something snaps and it feels weird.. I'm just wondering if I have doomed my body even with the weight off

I freak out over everything, no matter how confidant I am lol. I have my first psyc visit and I'm more worried about that than any other part of the process..I always wonder how often people don't get cleared for the psyc part and if they can ever try again or whatever. Anywho you aren't alone on the worrying part good luck!

Well idk about cheeks but I have darkness around my neck and thighs. I forgot what exactly my doctor said but its a pre diabetic/overweight thing but I've never seen anyone with dark spots on their cheeks but armpits,necks and thighs is very common.

Congradulations! What you're feeling is super normal just think of how healthy and great you will feel to start losing weight and seeing results.

Just try and stick to it the best you can. You don't HAVE to follow it perfectly and a lot of people don't buy it's to your benefit to try and lose some pounds to further shrink your liver. I to have a 6 month required diet and my surgeon would like me to try and lose 10%(20 pounds) by the end of my 6 months.

I hear you can't have alcohol till you're quite a bit out because it will irritate the sleeve
