  15. i can surely relate to this... i always tell the phlebotomist that i am stingy.. i just don't give blood they have to beat it out of me. LOL.
  16. whey amplified extreme 60 from GNC. Good luck with your weight loss journey!
  17. I really like GNC Amplified Wheybolic extreme 60. It is 60 grams of protein if you make a full shake which is 12 ounces (3 scoops) it has 7gms of carbohydrates and of that 7 grams the sugar is only 2 grams.. pre-op diet I personally was doing 8 ounces (2 scoops) which gave me 40 grams of protein twice a day for a total of 80 grams per day. Good luck and hope this is helpful!
  18. i can't wait to try some of these shakes.. thanks so much for the info!
  19. congrats!... keep up the good work!!!
  20. i totally understand where you are BECAUSE i am in the same boat.. except 3 weeks no loss... after surgery i had lost14 pounds and then a complete hault.. so i guess we just need to wait and wait and wait for the weight to come off again. Good luck to you!
  21. Michele, if you can get to GNC they have a whey protein powder for shakes.. it is 60 grams of protein.. each scoop is 20 grams of protein so if you have 3 of them 4ounces at a time you will have 60 grams in from just that. it is AMP whey protein extreme 60. That might help you get it all in .. i hope it helps for you. Good Luck!
  22. i am so glad you said that!! I couldn't agree more. The last thing someone needs to do is try and look for something they are doing wrong. If you are doing what your Doc says to do then just keep doing it! I totally agree.. your body is just adjusting!
  23. Hi Dani.. there are many on here that have gone to Mexico for their sleeve. it appears that all has gone well with them so i believe it will be the same for you. as far as going alone, maybe you can find someone who can support you and go with you. even though you can do it alone, it would be nice to have someone by your side. try and find a support person that will join you on your journey. good luck! either way you should be fine!
