My 19th birthday is July 2nd. Surgery is July 8th. This liquid diet is harder then I thought especially when I go out with the family.. I just keep telling myself next summer will be better.

I'm the same way, I started mine today. In my pre-op class they told us to expect it, because your body is adjusting. In a few days it'll all be easier and surgery will be here before you know it. Keep your head up.

10 days til surgery, on my liquid diet now 4 days til my 19th birthday, Wont be able to do much celebrating... WORTH IT!

I know! You cannot find one single picture of me where I was not overweight for my age. I feel like after its all done and the weight off. I'm just gonna be a whole new person who enjoys life more cause now with having smaller friends and of I go do what they do there's always a fear I can't. Like roller coasters swimming walking around the mall shopping. And by next summer going out in a swim suit with them wont be so intimidating

Im gettin sleeved July 8th

Right now it's all overwhelming. With all the what coulds. And the what you have to do's. But I can't wait. I wanna get this done while I'm young and it'll all be a bit easier. I've struggled with weight my whole life. Id rather do this now and just get it done so I can live my life happy and healthy. Its gonna be a rough few week.
