Weight loss stall

I was sleeved on 4/26, and my weight has not moved at all this week. I reached 3 weeks post op on Friday.

Do people normally stall at 3 weeks?

Yes. I did for a month.I changed my routine and foods up a bit.I also upped my protein intake to about 90 grams a day and the weight started to come off again. I am three months out and I have had a few stalls along the way. Check your sodium and water intake these can male a huge difference in your weight loss success.
