y'all are all hilarious! the thong thing reminds me of a Facebook post I made a few years ago. I was going out to have some fun with my photography hobby and I posted "looking for some unique and fun thongs to photograph, any suggestions?" it was suppose to be "things", not thongs. but I definitely got suggestions. haha

I posted a brownie recipe blindly a week or so ago, but when I made them they were awful. So I went looking for another and made these today. They are awesome. Fudgy, chewy, and If you didn't tell anyone they would never know they were low carb. I will say if your not a fan of flax seed meal you can use almond meal instead. The flaxseed does taste kind of like grass by itself but in the final product you can absolutely not taste it. My only gripe is the seeds in the brand I bought were not ground as fine as I would prefer. Easy fix just run through a food processor, or coffee/pepper grinder. If you don't have erythritol, truvia is made with it. Whole foods sells the powdered brand suggested (zsweet, and Now). I used Splenda as the secondary sweetener. You could also experiment and add sugar free chocolate chips, or Peanut Butter. Try them you won't be disappointed.
    1/4 lb butter (1 stick)
2 cups erythritol (powdered, not granulated)
    1 Tbsp vanilla
4 eggs (room temp is best)
    1/2 cup cocoa
    1 tsp salt
    4 oz unsweetened chocolate, melted
    2 cups flax seed meal
    1 Tbsp baking powder
    1/3 cup cream
    2/3 cup Water
    1 cup artificial sweetener
    1 cup walnuts (optional)
    Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350 F and grease a 9X13 pan.
    1) Cream the butter until fluffy.
    2) Add the erythritol to the butter and cream them together until fully combined (aim for a fluffy texture). Will appear almost like wet sand.
    3) Add the vanilla and beat the eggs into the mixture, one at a time.
    4) Add salt and cocoa, beat well.
    5) Add chocolate, beat until fluffy.
    6) Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well to combine.
    7) Pour into a pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes until top springs back. (You can also test if they're ready by sticking a toothpick in the brownies. If it comes out clean, or almost-so, they're done.)
    8) Cool, then cut into 32 squares. If you cheat and eat one warm, know that the texture will be different once completely cool. That's when they become like real brownies. (They are even better the next day.)
Nutritional Analysis: Each of 32 brownies has 1 gram effective carbohydrate, plus 3 grams of Fiber, 3 grams of Protein, 10 grams of fat, and 107 calories.

I am going to tell you a big secret to feeling good and having confidence all the way through this WLS journey. We all have moments where our clothes don't fit right. Even when they are getting too big and loose, it can make us feel frumpy and awkward. Sooo...the secret to always feeling sexy...?
Panties! Buying new panties are just as important as having clothes that fit. Go through your drawers and throw out the granny panties, the Hanes her way with holes in them...and get yourself a little something sexy or functional...your choice. Just make sure you feel confident in them and they fit. Those who are girdling it up....that's cool. Just make sure they aren't stained up or falling apart.
I can wear baggy sweats and still feel like a Goddess with a little lace or ruffles! That is just a little tip from how I roll.

I have a bit of an opposite story, but our relationship has many problems. My ex and I split mostly for other reasons, but he did not support me wanting surgery. He basically wanted to keep me trapped in this little bubble for him and him only. I think if the relationship has problems before surgery, your eyes will open and say wow I don't need or deserve this. WLS will not fix a relationship, and I have talked to many girls believing that it will. BUT If your relationship is great, and your partner loves you the true you before WLS then it will only improve!

While it's true that the divorce rate is pretty high after WLS and split ups are common, there seems to be a common denominator of treatment. The fat spouse is usually comfortable for the other one because they are easier to control, easier to manipulate, and easier to feel secure with. The fat spouse suddenly becomes healthier and the other spouse is jealous and angry. This can bring out the ugly truth about a relationship. If your spouse loves you and respects you fat or thin, odds are, you will be absolutely fine. Respect and love and communication are so important. My husband loved me when he met me thin, still loved me when I was fat, and loves me now that I'm thin again. He is my rock. We are open and honest and have no jealousy or anger/controlling issues. We have actually grown closer together in the year since my surgery. I am happier to be around and that makes him happier. He doesn't have to hear me whine about my weight anymore LOL. We are just happy taking care of our kids and growing old together. I am sure your relationship will be fine.

First, just because you spoke about sex doesn't mean you've already jumped in to bed with this guy. It's never too late to change how far you go until you've already gone 'there'. If you're already regretting going too far in a conversation then tell him this. If he doesn't want to meet you because of it, then he really wasn't THAT great of a guy to start out with. Him not being receptive to your feelings and wishes now should be a HUGE red flag that he only wants one thing.
I don't know you or him, BUT, if you've only been speaking a week and you're already having doubts about how far you should go, DON'T HAVE SEX YET. END OF DISCUSSION. if you're already regretting going too far in a conversation, imagine how you will feel Saturday morning after actually doing the deed.
If you truly are looking for a relationship and not just a boy-toy I wouldn't jump in to bed with him yet. Is that me saying that no great, long-term relationships start out having sex the same week you meet? Absolutely not. My husband and I actually slept together much sooner than I normally would and we're now happily married...BUT, I was in college, looking to have a good time and wasn't going in to the night emotionally clinging to the hope that we would fall madly, deeply in love with each other and have lots of babies together. I wanted FUN and I got FUN. It wasn't until much later I got the ring and babies and all of that.
It sounds to me like you're wanting LOVE...which is GREAT! Everyone DESERVES to be in a loving, long term relationship if that's what they want - - I just know a LOT of girls who are wanting the exact same thing you're wanting, they find a guy, give him what he wants right away, and then he's gone....that, or he ONLY wants them for sex, not a long term relationship because that is what they TRAINED HIM TO EXPECT!!! If you jump in to bed with someone right away they don't HAVE to get to know your likes and dislikes, they don't have to do sweet things to earn your respect and body.
Just ask yourself this: Are you hoping for long term or a one night stand? If you're hoping for long term, don't sleep with him this Friday and tell him how you're feeling silly and regretting speaking about it so soon. If he feels more about you than a bootie call he will laugh at your honesty and you'll be good.
If you just want fun, and you're not going to regret anything should things not work out, then go have fun

I'm guessing you are young, since you are asking this question. You have never physically met this person, yet you are talking about sex, what, at one time as I understand it for most women, was one of the most intimate exchanges. How many partners have you had? How do you regard sex? Is it the icing on the cake or the appetizer to be enjoyed whether you are even served the main dish?
Again, without knowing your age, dating history, the value you put on sex and where you are at in your life, this is a difficult question to answer. Just to let you know, when I was in my 20s, there wasn't much I wouldn't do or say to get into your pants. Just being honest here. So, it's up to you whether you want to get to know this person before you share this with him.

How scary...I'm so glad I'm married. I defiantly would draw the line for him clearly. Whatever you do I would not have sex with this guy on the first couple of dates! I hope you are meeting him in a very public place, or with a friend. Good luck girl!
