I have been mixing tuna and cottage cheese its really good.

I have been a insulin diabetic since I was 8. I am 35 now. I am only 2 week post op but I too seem to lose slower than others. I was always told insulin will slow your system but this is not to say the weight won't come off. They warned me I might be 6 mn behind my goal and others with similar stats but it will come off. I will just need to work out a little more than the others to raise my metabolism and watch my carb intake. It sounds like you are doing well just need to keep moving and give it time

Surgery date was 1/17/13. Down 27 lbs. But most of that was in the first 3 weeks. Nothing in two weeks. Getting a little discouraged. I think insulin may have something to do with it. Trying to stay positive!!
