sugar free yogurtor high protein sugar full greek yogurt?
This might help: http://www.befoodsmart.com/blog/the-best-and-worst-greek-style-yogurts-for-your-health/ I'd avoid seeds while healing (Passion Fruit) or added granola (nut), but the "fruit" is so soft that I consider most varieties pureed anyway...

Liquids seem to go down quick is this rught ?
We are all different. That said, like you, by week 2 I have never had any trouble drinking. I fill quickly, of course, but I can get it in normally... Strange...

Hiccups
I believe this is all related to the vagus nerve irritation (along with runny nose and sneezing). It will likely get better.

OK you have learned that our Programs are very, very different. I suggest that you (we) follow our program precisely. The big challenge is our fat brain and now is not the time to be creative... That comes later. Me? I was on puréed as soon as I left the hospital. Go figure.

Anybody GAIN weight b4 surgery?
Which is why IMHO our hardest job is our heads. If we get control of our minds, the sleeve will absolutely work. As Laura says, keep you head in the game!

Well it's Kimble. You meet eith the surgeon or his/her team and they draw blood for 'last checks'. A good time to admit your nervousness and ask any questions!

Are their 3 parts to a sleep study?
Call and ask. I did everything in one night. First I slept, and clearly documented apnea, so they kept trying different masks and pressure the rest of the night. Sometimes this is divided into two nights, but they did not need to wait in my case. Have NO idea what part 3 might be???

dizzy help
My drain removed before release. Dizziness could be related to pain Rx or to lower BP. Is it worse when you get up from being prone or seated?

Butterbean is spot on! And I say "if you see it on TV, you don't want it". Somehow it helps.

Disappointed with weight loss progress
Every pound you lose is a pound you have lost. Just keep the focus on liquids and proteins, and follow your program. It'll come off, and what the heck, you are sleeved for the rest of your life!

Hello
Lovely family, friend! I would not worry too much about skin, that is a "later" issue. As for Vitamins, I use

I am furious with my surgeon at the moment... This is NOT my fault!
unrelated to your weight and weightloss. Consider working with a more supportive team. I know I do better when I see my struggle as a poartnership with the professionals, and I would not feel so with this one...
