dizzy help

I had surgery Tuesday still extremely sore and now feeling dizzy I'm on nausea and pain meds and sipping please help. Did anyone else go home with the drain?

    My drain removed before release. Dizziness could be related to pain Rx or to lower BP. Is it worse when you get up from being prone or seated?

    my drain got taken out before i left the hospital. only thing i left with was a pain ball. I experienced dizziness quite a few times after surgery from low bp. im 3 weeks post op
