Can't wait to walk down the hall, and not hear the sweesh, sweesh, of chubby thighs rubbing together!

Taking full body pictures, retake belly dance lessons again without being the biggest one in the class, zipline, inner thighs not touching each other, feeling hip bones, returning to original hour glass body shape, start to do things again that I avoided due to my weight. Date again.

I can NOT wait to enjoy my life.....

I can't wait: until i can wear boots with zippers, to feel comfortable going into the stores my friends want to go into, not having to worry if I'll fit into the rollercoaster or not, to not have my thighs touch, buying a bra from victoria's secret that fits me properly, not being the fat friend, to feel comfortable taking pics with my friends, when my double chin is completely gone, having defined collar bones, not having to get necklace extensions! Oh boy. The list can go on and on, haha.

I cannot wait for the following: feeling healthy, being able to get up fr/ sitting w/out throbbing pain, sitting comfortably in chairs/ cars, being able to wear normal sizes & not worrying about the robe when I get my hair "did" fitting or not, going shopping & clothes fitting ESP. Jeans, my list could go on & on:-/

As a Dad/Guy, here are a few things I can't wait to not have to do:
Put off going camping, hiking, fishing, biking and other outdoor activities
Not being able to ride amusement park rides with my kids - finally take my son to Magic Mountain!
Having to dress 10 years older because that's what fits
Worrying about weight limits for furniture and activities
Make excuses for not going to the beach
Having my size/weight define who I am
Worry about hypertension, diabetes and heart disease as a result of my weight

I can't wait to not feel like I've had a 2 hour workout just taking a shower.... it's hard to wash all those fat rolls !! To not be embarrassed for my hubby to see me naked... to be able to enjoy sex without fear of how I look , to not be the blunt of everyone's jokes when I walk by , to be able to sit in the seats at concerts/sports venues..... to be able to play with my grandchild after it's born....Most importantly I can't wait for the real me that has been trapped , held prisoner for so many years to finally come out and live instead of just existing.

I thought of a couple more ... I can't wait to wash dishes and not get my belly soaked in the process . I can't wait to try on premium denim and not leave the store dissapointed or ashamed.... I will be rockin some True Religion and wearing some Bad Heels!

... to have a car full of teenagers pull up beside me walking and say "excuse me, where is Dunkin Donuts?" then laugh wildly and drive away.
... to have a stranger casually mention how much I resemble (insert name of an old, unattractive, obese celebrity).
... to use any public restroom stall, NOT just the wheelchair one.
... do a double take when I see my own photo, reflection, or image in a security TV monitor because I can't believe my own eyes that it's ME who is that big.

Yes!!! My husband is very cute, and while he totally loves me, I always feel like people look at us and think "she must have a really good personality!!"
Oh and the sweating! My son gets a kick out of that.

I can't wait for people to not assume I'm single because of my weight and not the fact that I'm an a*****e
To not always feel the need to be an a*****e because I refuse to be referred to as jolly

*I've always wanted to learn how to scuba dive, but couldn't stand the thought of myself in a wetsuit (manatee anyone?).
*To have my grandmother quit sending me diet books and clothed that are too small every year for Christmas.
*To not have wear "bloomers" under my dresses to protect my thighs.
*Knit a sweater with only one pack of yarn instead of two.
* To be able to paint my own toenails.
ETA: *To not be the one slowing everyone else down on hikes/trips/other adventures because I get so tired.

1. Cart around 100 pounds that don't belong to me;
2. Make sure I have the "right size" pants for the day--I've got,like, six different sizes in my closet;
3. Deny that face in the mirror (who on earth is that fat girl who kinda looks like me?);
4. Think about my weight and the struggles it brings ( heart, clothes, social,etc.) all day every day;
5. Worry that when I do some ordinary thing--like sweep the front walk--that I'm going to pull a muscle and injure myself because I'm so out of shape;
6. See these healthy slim women on television and wonder why I feel like I've never gotten to live my own life (some fatso took it over and is holding me prisoner); and finally,
7. Have THIS as a problem and have to step on scales in front of medical professionals (yup, I've got a problem), and face major surgery to deal with it. I'm trying to say that the other stuff in my life doesn't require removing 85percent of me to fix.

I can't wait to be not being too big bellied to have sex with the hubby while on top! Being short and big belly getting in the way make it impossible.
I can't wait to not being able to wear heels because my feet hurt and swollen. Also, I can't wait to not have to buy shoes in special widths unknown to man because of the swelling. Ladies 5.5EEE not an easy size.
I can't wait to not have to buy slip-on shoes only because I can't bend down to tie laces.
I can't wait to not be able to go to the bathroom in public places because the space is too small or the toilet too high to make cleaning myself possible. (Again, short & fat bad combo).
I can't wait to cross my legs. The fat and severe inflexibility that goes with it make it impossible.
I can't wait to not looking like a slob every time I eat something.
I can't wait to not having my fat roll on my desk and strike keyboard keys when I go to answer the phone.

I can't wait to not have to position my 1 1/2 yr old beside my roll when I hold him!
To not have to grab something to turn over in bed!
To have sex with the lights on;)
And to buy clothes because I like it not because it's long enough!

This might be totatlly off rocker, but just enjoying the view of me in the mirror! Slim and Trim!!!!

I can't wait to NOT feel guilty after every meal. I can't wait to not feel like hunger is some type of stepping stone to health. I can't wait to be able to say I'm fertile. I can't wait to not think that every little thing wrong with me is a symptom of diabetes ( I'm scared to death). I can't wait to not feel like I have to outdo most girls just to get noticed. I can't wait to not feel like every dude who likes me only likes me as a joke or because of some fetish. I can't wait to not have this faux confidence that I keep to make sure all my friends don't feel sorry for me when we go out to do things that normal people my age do.
(but seriously ... I can't wait to go out with my friends all dolled up and sexy an not feel like a mascot ... I can't wait to be these b*****s competition) I love my friends ... But it's onnnn lol
I can't wait to not feel like the guys who I think like me might be ashamed to be seen with me in public. I dread those stares so I mostly don't even go out anywhere ... Just Netflix at my home.

This thread is the reason I love this site ... You guys are saying things that I thought I experienced all by myself.
I can't wait to not have this crippling fear of California summer. Extensive sweat and shorts and seeing girls in half tops ( ive accepted that I'll never be able to wear those lol) and not being able to wear that dress that shows my little waist but is upstaged by my gut ???? lol

You hit the nail on the head. I think this one is HUGE! You have to do it to break the awkward silence. Tonight I had to tell my boss who had been bugging me and buggine me about joining the rest of the department at a baseball game that I didn't want to go because I couldn't fit in the seats. Her 100 pound butt didn't have anything to say after that.
The saddest thing about this post is the things people say about us and we take it. I hate when skinny people say they don't notice weight and they don't treat large people differently. I want to yell bull. But you can't convince them.

I can relate to most of these stories. I can't wait to be known for everything else about me that is awesome and NOT my weight.
Getting nervous that I won't fit in the booths at restaurants.
Not getting that "Oh God, please don't sit next to ME on this airplaine!" look!
Not avoiding folding chairs at all costs!
Not having my middle school students snicker when I have to squeeze between desks.
Not having to hear about what a pretty face I have...to finally get compliments on the rest of me.
To finally enjoy shopping.
And to truly be healthy...not to work my ass off without any of my ass coming off!
I'm getting sleeved on Friday 8/17, I couldn't be more excited and nervous! I had to postpone once because of my thyroid levels, but I am so ready for this! I'll keep all of you in my thoughts and prayers, please keep me in yours!

Ugh! I can't wait to NOT pee myself when I sneeze or cough!
