  4. NSV today: Went shopping at NY& Co. And passed right by Lane Bryant! The first time shopping there in ten years. Fit a pair of size 16 short shorts and they are so cute and sexy!!!!
  5. I can eat a whole garden also. Chicken and beef are still really filling to me. 11 weeks out.

  9. I agree. I watch my carbs closely and just deduct it from my daily allowance.
  10. Cream of wheat was puree for me. I also drink the silk unsweetend almond milk. I'm seven weeks out. You drink so little of it... you probably won't even get that 2.5 grams.
  11. I will say when vitamin D was low, i was all so always extremely tired. Now that my numbers are in acceptable range, I feel so much better. I get about 2000 units of vit D a day.

  14. I weigh once a week. Its like a weekly treat. I'm learning not to have a numerical expectation and to just be excited with any loss.
