  1. love this!!! the non scale victories are what carry me through these awful stalls...
  2. there are few who know how I've lost weight. I just tell others that I am watching my portions and kicking up my physical activity. Its definitely on a need to know basis...
  3. didn't have a problem with pain... but you can seriously feel the restriction once you are back solids...
  4. the only thing that has ever caused dumping syndrome-like symptoms is spinach... If I scramble it with some eggs for breakfast then eat some for lunch... I am a horrible mess! weird eh? nothing else bothers this stomach of mine...

  7. you can eat whatever you desire once you're back on regular foods... but do you WANT to eat the things that caused the gain? yes... you will still lose... but at a much slower rate (I'm a living witness) Trust your decision to have the surgery...
  8. I loved this!! gotta find some clever answers to this and other questions regarding my surgery...
  9. I've had no problems with lemon water... and yes... taste buds do seem to be hijacked post surgery... but no worries... stuff starts tasting better down the line...crystal lite was way too sweet at first, now I love it!
