  1. As of today I am 7 months post op and have lost 100lbs.... I am so happy I want to scream it from the roof!!!
  2. I just eat very very little, more sauce with ground turkey...
  3. Well I have it even worse. Me and my husband both had the sleeve, and we have two teenage girls at home so many times I am making 3 different meals. He doesn't like or want the same things I eat. For instance I made spaghetti but had to make 2 different types of pasta... He wont eat white pasta and I wont eat wheat!!...

  5. I am a 36ddd and can't find a sports bra? Any recommendations?? Also having trouble finding a bathing suit... I like the assets swimsuits made by spanx unfortunately they don't fit a ddd
  6. I started crying this morning when I saw this!! I can't remember weight below 200!!! Maybe 15 years ago before I got pregnant with my second daughter and tomorrow I will be 6 months post op !!!!
  7. I have a bali minimizer, works wonders. My band size has gone down 6 inches but the cup is still DDD.
  8. Today I am 3 days shy of 6 months post op, And for the first time in probably 15 years I am wearing a size 12 pants (from a tight 22) . I am down 85lbs, and I want to scream it from the roof of the building.. BEST thing I have ever done!!!!!
  9. Just take a deep breath and remember tomorrow will be easier than today!!!
  10. I was so excited about not shopping in the plus section, only to find out I don't know how to buy clothes that aren't plus size, I keep ending up back in the plus sizes knowing I can fit them...
  11. I use miralax daily!!
  12. I had one cup a day during my preop but boy did I regret it, I had a killer headache from caffeine with drawl the first few days post op.
  13. Just remember, everyday will get easier, tomorrow will be easier than today!!
  14. Call your doctor, vomitting is not normal. But you have to keep a positive attitude, and remember every day will get easier.
  15. Just keep reminding yourself you will will NEVER weight this much again.. And each day gets easier!! the preop is the most difficult part..

  17. I am happy for you, you could make a movie out of your story... Can wait to see how well you and how happy you are after the surgery....
  18. I mixed cream of mushroom and cream of chicken together!!! It was great!!!
  19. Just remember everyday will be easier than the last!!!

I am 4 months out, my normal day consists of 6 am premier Protein shake 8 am 5 oz of plain Greek Yogurt with Mio for flavor 11 am Weight Watchers Smart Ones - chicken & cheese Quesdilla or Weight Watchers - Smart Ones Chicken Ranchero Smart Mini Wraps 5 pm 3 in chicken sub from subway on flat bread.. 9pm 2 popsicles
  21. Not one regret here, down 65 lbs in 4 months... Oh wait why didn't I do this sooner!!!
