  3. I have a desk job and took a week off. I could go back even sooner but enjoined my time off !

  7. I think that is fine since u r tracking . High protein low sugar and carbs is great
  8. I was released for soft proteins today andvthat has helped. Just remember a lot ofbit is mental and we eat to live now, not live to eat.
  9. Greek yogurt with a teaspoon of natural peanut butter and a splenda. Tastes like peanut butter pie and loadedddddddd with protein.
  10. Gas xstrips were a life saver! I had such pain n my chest and a constant lump like in my throat! I am 6 dats out today and it's almost gone.
  11. Dr advised me I can start card next week . That will be week 2 post op
  12. I am both private and also tell if they ask!! I am proud of my decision for a better life and would encourage others in need. But I do the don't ask don't tell lol

  16. Strained cream of chicken soup is still a life saver for me. 6 days post op. Also I'm aloud to put a little non chuck yogurt in my protein shake a blend. That's amazing also! Good luck!
  17. I was a self pay sliver since my insurance covered neither. If theyvwould have covered bypass I would have it right now lol. Results almost identical.
  18. Very possibly a reaction to iv meds. I would talknto dr or nurse if it doesn't go away quick.
