  2. StephRenae what brand of extracts are you using? that sounds fantastic.
  3. I have a family member that works for them and I used her club code. That might be the reason why, because I didn't know there was a limit.
  4. You go Girl:) keep up the good work!
  5. Thank you, I just placed an order. But I wonder why my delivery date is March 18th, I started to cancel it but you can't beat the price. I think there is a lot of people ordering them, maybe that's why. Well I hope it's great because I just ordered 10 cases of Vanilla and 10 cases of the Chocolate. LOL
  6. Yes, it is very good, I love it with some cream of chicken soup and it taste great:) I have also tried the Unjury cheese sauce, I make it with Broccoli and I also put it on ground turkey, very good!
  7. You look Amazing!!!!!!!!! keep up the good work:)
  8. I am a manager over Human Resources and you do not even have to tell your boss why you need to take off. You just need to put in your request. Good luck with that. I also so went after work, on my lunch, or before work and I didn't have to tell anyone where I was going or what I was doing, until I was ready to do so.
  9. I'm not for sure what leak test you are speaking of, but the day I was scheduled to leave the hospital, I had an x-ray done to check for leakage.
  10. Hi Ms. CurvyJ, my physician prescribed me Colace liquid and it is the worst thing ever. Do you take the pills and how far are you out, he didn't want me to take the pills because I couldn't take capsules so I eat blackberries which helps.
  11. I have one and I wear it everyday. My husband had it made for me, it's made out of diamonds, and platinum He presented it to me the day I was leaving the hospital. Mine has my surgery date and how much I weighed on the inside of the bracelet, for my eyes only. I look at how much I use to weigh when I have cravings for junk, it's a great reminder. I'm never turning back:)
  12. I eat Wheat thins, or pita chips with the dip.
  13. Yes, please don't feel bad. Maybe this will make you feel better, by getting a good laugh. I had on some new 4 -inch high heeled shoes with this bright pink dress on, I thought I was sugar sharp. I fell through a door leaving a restaurant, and had the nerve to roll 3 times on top of that. LOL, girl, I looked like a big, fat A%* Easter bunny rolling down that street. I was so embarrassed, because I was on a first date with the man of my dreams, he helped me up and dusted me off and he never laughed. I had a broken heel and a whole in the dress and he said that I still looked beautiful. Now, that man knew I looked a damn hot mess, at that point I knew I had to marry that man!!!!!!!!!!!
  14. I am 5 months out as of today, and I eat cinnamon almonds and wheat thins with spinach, artichoke, and parmesan dip it is awesome!!!!!!!!!!! I get all of these things from Costco if anyone is interested.
  15. OMG!!!! You look wonderful. I can't wait until I can take pictures of my transformation. My husband takes pictures but, I want look at them. He catches me off guard, because I get upset when he bugs me about taking them, Maybe I will appreciate it once I'm down to my idea weight. Great job and you are beautiful:)
  16. Yeah, you might want to speak with your physician, I used to take water pills before my surgery, but was told to stop as well, because you can loose your kidneys, if your not getting in your fluids.
  17. I have no regrets!!! I was 410 lbs, I was on 18 different medications, I couldn't even walk from my bedroom to the bathroom without gasping for air, and my life was miserable. Now I am 137 lbs down in 4 1/2 months, I'm off of 16 of those medications, I can walk, run, breathe, I feel wonderful and I still have 90 lbs. So no regrets for me, I am living my life like it's golden:)

Great job! it is a wonderful feeling:) keep up the good work.
  19. That is correct, unless you have problems then you should schedule additional visits.
  20. Sounds great, will try. Speaking of Trader Joe's they also sell a Ground Buffalo Steak Burger. It's awesome! my husband cooks them with a little bit of water, so they will not dry out, because the meat is very lean, mushrooms, onions, and smoked Gouda. It has 43g of protein, so for those of you that can't drink your protein this is a great way to get it in and it taste great:) I apologize Frye_Storm for piggy backing, but I am bad with blogging I can't get the hang of creating my own message as of yet:)
  21. No worries, my surgeon calls it a 3 in 1 cocktail and when I had my sleeve surgery he repaired those things as well and I had no pain, and I healed well. My insurance paid for everything but the sleeve surgery and I had to pay 8,000.00 in cash for my sleeve, which was all worth it. My insurance would have paid for the sleeve as well, but I didn't want to go through with their criteria. I would have had to wait 18 months before they would pay for it, and my life was more important to me. I had surgery 4 1/2 months ago, and I am down over 100lbs, and happy, I would have still been waiting to have the surgery if I would have waited for my insurance company. So talk with your surgeon, and maybe he can repair those things at the same time and have the surgeon's coordinator check with your insurance company to see if they will cover it. Good luck, and you will be fine:)
  22. Me too, I couldn't drink tap water before surgery but now I can. I can only drink it out of a Styrofoam cup though, It is so amazing how your taste buds change after your surgery:)
