I think my schedule is 2 weeks, 3 months, 6 months, 9 months, 1 year...and once a year the rest of my life.

That is correct, unless you have problems then you should schedule additional visits.

Ty. I was thinking about moving home this summer and didnt want to have to drive to erie every few weeks. So if my dr is the same way I would be able to move home with no problem :)
