Pooped My Way to A Smaller Pants Size :-)

Without getting to graphic, it was monstrous. I weighed after I got off work and was over a pound lighter. I think I can punch a new notch in my belt tonight. B)

Colace is my best friend.

Hi Ms. CurvyJ, my physician prescribed me Colace liquid and it is the worst thing ever. Do you take the pills and how far are you out, he didn't want me to take the pills because I couldn't take capsules so I eat blackberries which helps.

LOL.. Reminds me of my daughter coming with me to MX for wls. She ended up with such bad diarrhea she said, "you come here for wls and I lose 10 lbs" we still laugh about her having to use all the "anti" meds I brought for myself, but never needed ;)

My bf's solution to just about any ailment is to just go take a good poop. You have proven him right as well! Thanks for the giggle! :)
