  3. Thanks for the info. I am getting really anxious, but I really need to get the procedure done as my arms look horrible, I am starting the process of seeking out surgeons, did you have the brachioplasty in stages? I am thinking of getting lipo and then the actual surgery a few months later.
  4. Does anyone have any recommendations on surgeons in the St.Louis area? Also, can you share about how much it cost? TIA

  14. i am an accountant and I took off a week and 2 days. I was cleared to take 6 weeks off, but I didn't need it. I felt great at the time. I do have to say that it can be a challenge trying to get in the liquids when I am so busy at work. I would suggest 2 weeks if you can pull it off. I wish I would of waited another week or so to go back. Best of luck to you.

  16. I am losing about one pound every three days. I am 3 weeks out and I am very happy with that. For some reason I thought it would go faster! Silly me or else wishful thinkin . I started walking last Wednesday and I am up to 2 1/2 miles per day. It seems it has kind of stalled my losing! GOOD LUCK!!!

  22. Unjury has started to do the same thing to me. I don't understand it because I tolerated it fine before surgery. I am 21 days out and it has been really hard to find a protein that I tolerate well.

  28. I feel so good that I am thinking of going back to work next week too. I hate to jump the gun and then be sorry if I do go back and regret it.
  29. Oh I hope so. I am glad that someone else had the same type of situation. Do you continue to loose weight at a good pace?
