I understand. I am 2 weeks post op and I have completely given up on ice tea with sweet and low. It taste terrible now.

Too be honest, your memory of it won't taste the same now....

It's just a memory........it will taste pretty bad also......

Your doing great so just keep going....CONGRATS!

I completely understand. I'm 5 weeks out and was craving sweet and chocolate. I bought some weight watcher fudge bars and was able to get 1/2 of a snack size one down. SLOWLY Problem solved. It may not work for everyone but it worked for me

:)

I've found that if I have a sweet craving I just have one chocolate button and let it melt on my tongue, this is the best tasting button ever and stops my craving. I could maybe try a highlight or options hot chocolate as I'm still on the liquid diet, only two wks post op. I have found that the button works perfectly and one button is very small amount of calories. :-)
