You said it!! It is a lifetime commitment of CHANGING our habits. It doesn't matter truely what type of surgery we would have..If we don't change our head & our habits we will not change our lives. That being said..I will try more than ever to change my head now for the future..starting right....NOW!...no NOW...now...I mean NOW! There finally did it...Hopefully it will keep for the next minute or two!:0)

Well this week I did actually workout 4 times. Thats the first time in ...well I couldn't actually remember when.LOL LOL I am thrilled to report that I have lost a HUGE 4 pounds this week!!! That is the most I have lost in one week since 5 months ago!! I am so happy. I still need to work on the water thingy. That will be accomplished no matter what this week. Plus I will up my exercise time as I commited. I promise myself! LBT BOOTCAMP starting weight... 223 end of week 1... 219

Its always a great thingto see your Doctor,wether or not its for a fill. Take the time & go especially the first & second year so they can track your progress. It may help others in the future to add to the stats your results. Great job on your weight loss this month!

NO QUESTION!!! THE BIGGEST LOSER FOR SURE!!! Do you actually think you'll feel better about yourself after you return from France? or will it have been another trip? Has anyone owned or used a TOTAL GYM (Norris endorsement)? Or at least something that is like it? What did you think about it & do you recommend them? I am considering one.

I would make the assumtion that these were bands for one reason or another were not to standard & therefore could not be used. If they weren't, also I would still calll them today to ask what & why they were used like that, I would question the office's standards. CAll them and ask- you have the right.

Ok everyone, I just caught the last min of the 20/20 interview w/Star Jones. All I caught was that she said her husband wasn't gay & that the ?? offened them both. What I wanted to know was: Did they mention anything about her weight loss & anything about surgery? Did anyone hear anything?

I truely believe if your going to spend the money in one or two areas, that the photography should be one of them. Prices generally run in Michigan from $2000.00 on up. My gal ran $3500.00+ when all was said & done. I was extremly satisified. The best advice I have is to go see them in action & research all their recent shots not ones from 15 yrs ago. Most importantly have everything in writting, list everything that is included. Also what will be the cost if extra hours are need, extra film & how much each photo will cost you. They are not always included in the final packages. Do they do both Blk/Wht & color? Do they have assitants to help fix the dress & flowers?? If not always make sure the Maid of honor is there & doing so. Be careful & know what your getting. Congrats!

I would think if you paid for it self-pay or insurance it is YOUR property. ANyone telling me differently I would say "TooBad." legally It Is Yours. Also to the very best of my knowledge the band itself runs $3000 from Inamed. Tell them its yours & thats it. Period!

This is what I would say. A Barium swallow whould tell ya what is going on. I did hear tube replacement isn't that much of a worry so "chin up" I am sure you'll be ok;0) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-) ;-)

I heard from Penni you had a rough ride little girlie! :0( So sorry to hear about the fever & stuff. BUT very happy to see things are smoothing out for you now. Stay strong & soak up that sunshine. I am glad to hear your out of the woods.

Ok- Deep breath now. I know you must be so scared but there is good news. It will stop. It will grow back & they say by the time you see it begining to come out, new strands are already formed. I believe it is commonly from the trama of the surgery & starts about 4 to 5 months after being banded. Some say it from the aneticia(spelling) but I don't necessarily agree with that. I take one Biotin everyday w/ my Vitamin & my hair loss was only alot for about one month. I freaked b/c I love my hair - who doesn't. If you do a search for hair loss many threads will come up & it will hopefully ease your concerns. It will stop, I promise. I have heard of no one going bald or not having their hair grow back. Tell your Hubby it will be ok & this is only temporary & ask for him to continue to support your decision.
