I was the same starting weight at you - I'm a lot older than you.. So here's my 2 cents Calories should be 800-1200 vary them daily - I went to the gym 5 days a week - I did not allow too many treats during my weight loss phase (didn't drink everyweekend - you are negating the weight you lost during the prior week) This isn't to say if I went to a bday party or concert that I didn't partake - - I just didn't do it every single weekend - maybe once every few monts Quit eating processed food - this is a lifetime lifestyle change in your eating habits - are you going to live on frozen meals for the next 60 years.. You need to follow band rules - Limit your alcohal consumtion - they are empty calories.. Bf - Greek Yogurt & blue berries lunch - BBQ chicken Thigh & salad dinner - 4 oz fish (baked) 1/2 cup veggies & maybe 1/4 c rice Snack 100 cal snack pack popcorn - sf healthy choice or WW fudgesicle - SF Choc pudding

I eat it almost every day - the snack pack 100 cal bags

Good Morning Gang... 5 sure came early today... Work & Gym tonite... Karla - Andrew is a sweetheart ;0) - I cried when he left - he's concerned I'm sad - I'm not sad in that way - I'm just miss seeing him every day - I am fine alone - but miss seeing my baby..

I'm BACK !! Dropped Phyl off around 4 - was home 4:30 - Andrew was here cleaning up the house- Guess Joseph an them picked up but my DARLING Andrew was vacuuming etc - GREAT KID !!! He's my heart !!! I've unpacked showered and ready for the couch- We came home the back way - it must have rained tons out in the desert cuz when you see pic's Phyl took there's dirt rocks and debris all over the road - NEVER go that way if it's raining.. A car in front of us got a flat - thank God we didn't... Gave Phyl a little thrill on the way home - had these 3 motorcyclist in front of us - we were going about 60 got sick of following them - so when we had a clear shot - had to pass all 3 (they were spaced quite a bit apart) - well car hit 100 - She has never gone that fast in her life ;0) ... Well, we had a great time - I'm pooped - will post pics tomorrow -

Karla - when I was doing school work for my CPIW & AU it was Monday thru Thursday - F S S were my days - but again those classses weren't master classes and we didn't have to turn things in weekly - self study then went to Loma Linda to take the test - the week before the test I took off and would study during the day ;0) Well gang Vegas here we come.. Watch out we got a limo for tonite to take us to some club called Stoney's - (country westerned) but I'm taking regular clothes - I do have a cowboy hat - but not draging it to Vegas... Don't need to do much this morning - dress and pack make up.. Need to be out of here at 7:30.. Phly's taking her computer so she will post pics - if not this weekend we will post when we get back (Sunday) So Candice - Steph - Linda - Karri - Take care - be good (eat healthy ;0) and will talk to you when we get back.. Good Morning Gang Woke up by THUNDER & RAIN this morning - dogs were barking and it sounded like someone banging on my garage door - then realized it was thunder - took the dogs out - well bella and bear aren't afraid of the rain but my Princess Angel - God forbids doesn't want to get wet... This is when the garage comes in handy.. 4:45 a.m. !!!! Well got the bed made - coffee and coffee stuff packed for tomorrow.. Phyl I bet that thunder woke you up for sure - being in the MH I bet you really can hear it.. Well I'm packed I think - if not too bad now got to figure out what I am going to wear today.. 103 today - and humid cuz of the rain ;0) CBL

Good Evening Gang... Sorry haven't been on today - busy at work - 10/1 renewals Then had gym - stopped by to see Andrew at work and Janelle who works next doors haven't seen her in ages (Andrew's cousin who went on the cruise w/us) then went to Target - for got salami (it's the dogs treat went I leave). Got home Joseph calls - I guess they are coming tomorrow - 1st I've heard from them since the 1 a.m. call ;0) - I have a hair cut at 5 - won't be home till 6:30 so - am packing tonite.. So that I can spend some time w/them - Joseph said why didn't I move my appoint I knew they were coming - I said it was made a month ago and I didn't know at that time you were going to be here and after last friday - didn't know if you would or not - anyway after 2 hrs we will be getting on each others nerves ;0) it's 8:45 p.m. and havent' eaten Karla - CONGRATS ON YOUR 163 !!! WTG.. Now GF I am going to kick your butt - you take those pants back - you are not allowed to have any baggy clothes - it's too easy to slip back into to them if you start gaining weight - for me my clothes are the indicator I use as to where my weight is - I don't need a scale. So take them back - get a 10 - on the bra you most likely are a 36 - so when you take those pants back try on a 36 C.. I am glad you got to see the doc - yes gf you are suppose to eat really food... ;0) It's good to be able to eat meat - I couldn't live w/o it ;0) that and veggies - Phyl - Hugs on Earl - is he feeling better ;0) - At least you will have 2.5 days of peace - I think you and I make good room mates :0) - Well - gotta ck my other thread Will ck in tomorrow.. I really really liked blue blood - Detroit 187 is on Tues nite 10-11 I'm pretty sure or may be 9-10 it's a cop show like blue blood but set in Chicago I liked the preview... I'm getting ready to go watch it in a minute.. Then I watch on with Judging Amy - it's good too and I liked the Defenders and then Friday night something w/Jimmy Smith - don't remember the name - but again another cop/law show ... I took a power nap 20 minutes then went to target to get some yogurt for my bf - but the whole dairy section was closed and empty - must have had a power failure - I've been eating greek yogurt (chobain) vanilla with raspberries &/or black berrier - don't know what I'll have tomorrow - since i'm out don't feel like going to Winco and i don't think they carry that brand Well will let you know about 187 (code for murder)

Good Morning Gang.. Well had drama last night - OMG - Joseph calls at 1 a.m. I (think) - Story he got in a fight w/friend (all do to drinking) then Melissa and the kids left - and wouldn't answer the phone - Joseph has a tempter and drinking isn't a good thing - they did the right thing - but why are they calling me at 1 a.m. when I'm 400 miles away... Joseph wanted me to call Melissa to tell her to come home - Kaitlin calls me to tell me their side of the story- I told both of them why in the hell are you guys calling me - I can't do anything. Joseph calls back wants divorce and to move home (w/me) I said HELL FREAKING NO.. You can get divorced but you aren't living w/me.. If he came back to Indio - he would go back to his old life (drugs).. I feel bad for being short w/Kaitlin - but what the hell - what am I suppose to do - I was sleeping so good - when i got these calls - I ended up taking the phone off the hook cuz stupid childish Joseph kept calling me.. Well - today's plan - nails - get bday present - clean closet and that's about it - got tons of t.v. to catch up on - haven't watched Greys or detorit 187 - CBL Steph- Great advice...
